These Ticket Terms apply to every ticket for THE KAGE — Chapter 01 ("the Event"), presented by THE KAGE PRESENTS ("we," "us") on November 28, 2026 at Capitale, 130 Bowery, New York, NY. Buying or using a ticket means you accept these terms, our Event Policies, and the terms of our ticketing provider.
1. The Ticket
A ticket is a revocable license to attend the Event. It is not a property right. Each ticket admits one person, once. We or the venue may revoke the license and remove the holder, without a refund, for any breach of these terms or the Event Policies.
2. Purchase
Tickets are sold only through our official checkout at thekagepresents.com/tickets, operated by our ticketing provider, Trybe. Prices, service fees, and taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. We may limit how many tickets each customer can buy and may cancel orders that exceed those limits or appear fraudulent or automated.
3. All Sales Final
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are available for change of plans, weather, travel issues, lineup changes, or refused entry or removal under the Event Policies.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If the Event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you'll receive a refund of the ticket's face value through the original payment method. Whether service fees are refunded depends on the ticketing provider's policy. If the Event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you can't attend the new date, you may request a refund within the window we announce. We aren't responsible for travel, lodging, or any other costs you incur.
5. Lineup & Program Changes
The fight card, bout order, performers, DJs, set times, and program are subject to change, including because of athletic-commission decisions, injuries, weight misses, medical clearance, travel, or production needs. A change, substitution, cancelled bout, or early stoppage is not grounds for a refund.
6. Transfers & Resale
Tickets may be transferred only through the ticketing provider's official transfer feature, where available. Resale at a price above face value, or through unauthorized channels, is prohibited to the extent permitted by New York law, and we may cancel those tickets. We can't guarantee the validity of any ticket bought from an unauthorized source.
7. Duplicates & Fraud
Each ticket's barcode is valid for one entry. The first person to present a valid barcode is admitted. Duplicated, altered, or counterfeit tickets are void, and suspected fraud may be reported to the authorities.
8. Assumption of Risk & Liability
You attend voluntarily and accept all risks that come with a live combat-sports and nightlife event, including risks from crowds, loud music, lighting and special effects, and proximity to the cage. To the fullest extent the law allows, THE KAGE PRESENTS, the venue, the fighters, the officials, and our partners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to you or your property, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.
9. Chargebacks
Filing a payment dispute or chargeback for a valid, delivered ticket may result in the ticket being cancelled and in refusal of entry to future THE KAGE events.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
11. Changes & Contact
We may update these terms, and the version posted on this page applies. Questions: info@thekagepresents.com.
